Privacy Policy

We collect only what the service needs to work:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, company name, business address, website and business description that you enter in your profile.
• Content you provide — the answers you give to our AI assistant, the market study generated from them, images you upload, and the campaigns you create.
• Advertising account data — when you connect Meta, Google Ads or TikTok Ads, we receive access tokens and read the ad accounts, Pages and campaign metrics needed to create and manage your campaigns. We access only the accounts you explicitly authorise.
• Usage and technical data — sign-in events, basic request logs and error reports used to keep the service secure and working.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

• To provide the service: generate your market study, draft campaigns, create images and publish and manage campaigns on the platforms you connect.
• To measure results: read performance metrics from your connected accounts and show them in your dashboard.
• To communicate with you: service notices, security alerts and, where applicable, summaries of automated actions.
• To keep the service safe: prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain security.

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles of you.

When you connect an advertising account, you grant Jaqueting permission to act on your behalf on that platform. We use that access strictly to operate your own campaigns: create and edit campaigns, upload creatives, and read performance results. We never use your tokens to access accounts you have not authorised, and we do not share platform data with other users.

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can revoke access at any time from “Brand profile” in your dashboard, or from the security settings of Meta, Google or TikTok. Revoking access stops all activity from Jaqueting on that account.

Your use of Meta, Google and TikTok remains subject to each platform’s own terms and privacy policies.

We share the minimum necessary with providers that operate parts of the service under contract. They may process data only on our instructions:

• Hosting and infrastructure (application hosting and database).
• Authentication and account management.
• AI providers that generate the market study, campaign copy and images from the information you supply.
• Email delivery for transactional messages.
• Advertising platforms you connect (Meta, Google, TikTok), to publish and manage your campaigns.
• Payment processing, if and when you purchase a paid plan. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never stored by Jaqueting.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Jaqueting or others.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Campaign data and market studies are kept so you can consult them later. Access tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect the corresponding platform. When you request deletion, we permanently erase your data within 30 days, except where we must retain records to comply with a legal obligation.

Access tokens for advertising platforms are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, traffic travels over HTTPS, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of any incident that materially affects it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by writing to jaqueting.mkt@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

You can disconnect any advertising account at any time from “Brand profile” in your dashboard, which immediately revokes and deletes the stored tokens. To delete your account and all associated data, follow the instructions on our data deletion page or email jaqueting.mkt@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences, such as your language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on our website.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard.
